This is a two to three part course. You will need to purchase access to the independent self-study online course (part one) that must be completed before you attend the other two.You must present an active provider card the day of the course. If you fail to do so you will be marked as a no show and forfit the entire course fee.

Please choose the instructor + alignment if you will be aligning with us as your primary training center and you already have insurance in place. This fee covers your administration, audet & renewal fees.

Please select Instructor Course Only if you're not aligning with us or we have a contract with your company or organization. 

***It is still strongly recommended you purchase a personal liability insurance policy. If aligning with us we require proof prior to certification.

Warning! Prepaid Credit Cards including Green Dot, META and prepaid AMEX should NOT be used for enrollment. We require all cards to be bank issued or issued directly from a credit institute (Capital One, Chase etc.). If you choose to use a prepaid card, refunds can take up to 180 days (2 quarters), and even in some cases 240 days (3 quarters) depending on the card issuer.
